About the Journal

 

The Journal of Law and Commerce was established in 1981 as the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's second review. Within two years of its inception, the Journal was accepted for inclusion in the prestigious Index to Legal Periodicals. The Journal is published semi-annually and reflects the law school's strength in the commercial, business, and international law areas.
