Submissions

The Journal of Law & Commerce invites submissions of unsolicited manuscripts relating to all areas of commerce and commercial topics. We do not currently accept submissions via direct e-mail or on this website. However, authors may submit manuscripts electronically through http://law.bepress.com/expresso. ExpressO is the "Express Online Deliveries to Law Reviews" service provided by The Berkeley Electronic Press. The ExpressO service will forward authors' manuscripts directly to the Journal. Hard copy submissions (one printed copy of the manuscript and one digital copy on a 3.5" floppy disk or compact disc required) are accepted in Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect formats. Editorial work is performed on Windows platform computers using Microsoft Office. We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned.
