Welcome to the Journal of Law and Commerce, published semi-annually by students at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. For over 25 years, the Journal of Law and Commerce has published highly relevant articles related to domestic and international commercial and business law. Our staff works collaboratively to select those articles deemed most useful to legal practitioners and scholars interested in commercial matters such as the United Nation's Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, corporate governance, securities regulation, contract formation, and environmental legislation.
